City of Port Lauaca issued the following announcement on April 9
Where's my water bill?" .... We are still working to rebuild the utility billing system after the Feb 3rd Ransomware attack. In the meantime, please submit your utility bill payment in the amount of your typical bill. You may drop it in the drop box at City Hall, use the drive thru window or - the easiest ways - to just mail it in or call 361-552-9793 during business hours and pay by credit card over the phone. Be assured that there are no late fees being accessed and no accounts are being disconnected due to non-payment while the billing system is down. Thank you Port Lavaca for your patience as we work through this issue.
