City of Portland, Texas issued the following announcement on May 21
The City of Portland is working diligently to open our facilities and services for our residents.
Many of our buildings are opening in phases to help ensure safety for our staff and residents.
Please see the information below regarding each building and services. Additionally, please review the safety guidelines and rules for each building.

Bell/Whittington Public Library Curbside Service (building is still closed)
