Victoria College issued the following announcement on Nov. 13
Victoria College is offering a ‘Microsoft Excel Level 2 in a Day’ class from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 in Room 307 of the Conference & Education Center at VC’s Emerging Technology Complex.
The cost for the class is $95 and includes all course materials. The deadline to register is noon on Dec. 1.
“The course builds on the basic concepts learned in VC’s Microsoft Excel Level 1 course to provide more advanced tools for analysis and presentation of complex, realistic data in Microsoft Excel 2016,” said Rachel Nessel, VC’s director of Workforce & Continuing Education. “Students will learn how to manage complex workbooks, build more complex functions, use data analysis tools, make chart and presentation features, and collaborate with other users.”
Due to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations, students will be required to wear a facial covering, have their temperatures taken and pass a health screening before entering the classroom. Social distancing will also be required. Capacity for the class is nine students.
Victoria College’s Emerging Technology Complex is located at 7403 Lone Tree Road in Victoria.
