There were 208 students enrolled in Runge ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 4.1% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 53.4% of them were boys, and 46.6% were girls.

Data also shows that the majority of students were Hispanic, representing 89.9% of the Runge ISD total enrollment.

Runge ISD roughly covers schools within Karnes County with its main office in Runge.

Among the three schools in Runge ISD, Runge Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 121 students in the 2022-23 school year.
